Newcastle Elementary Parent Teacher Organization
The purpose of the Newcastle Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) shall be to aid the students of Newcastle Early Childhood Center and Elementary School by providing support of their educational and recreational needs, and to promote open communication between the administrators, teachers, and parents.
